Aykley Heads is a state-of-the-art development which is set to be the catalyst for the Durham City Innovation District. With involvement from Durham County Council and Durham University, the aim is to create a ‘triple helix’ approach, providing businesses with access to resources, networks and high-quality infrastructure. Plot C is located in the north of the Aykley Heads site and will compromise of a 3 storey, 38,000 square foot office development.

Following a successful audit, completed by global certification body – National Quality Assurance (NQA), we are pleased to announce that our ISO45001:2018, ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 standards have been renewed for another year. The audit involved a review of our systems and procedures, including an onsite visit, documentation assessments and procedural checks.

This week is Mental Heath Awareness Week (15th – 21st May 2023). The official theme this year as set by the Mental Health Foundation is ‘anxiety’. Anxiety is a normal emotion in us all, but sometimes it can get out of control and become a mental health problem.

We are pleased to announce that we have recently secured a large support and maintenance contract with a Northeast NHS Trust. As part of the three-year contract, we will be required to provide bi-annual inspection, testing and maintenance of their CCTV systems. In addition, our Security Service Engineers will provide emergency call out 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
