Not all business are able to have a maintenance plan in place and require some reactive maintenance support to keep their systems online. ACEDA are on hand to offer a reactive maintenance service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Our Helpdesk is operated by experienced Engineers who can offer assistance at anytime of the day for any of our key services which include:
- Network Infrastructure Support
- Security System Support
- Smart Building Support
All support calls are filtered through our helpdesk and a specialist Systems Engineer is allocated to assist with the fault. Engineers may be able to resolve a fault remotely to get systems back online as quickly as possible, or alternatively a site visit maybe required.
ACEDA have Engineers across the UK and are able to respond to faults within a rapid response time. At all office bases, ACEDA hold a variety of spares which could be swapped out for faulty equipment until a replacement is sourced.
