ACEDA are externally vetted by a number of external bodies to gain recognised professional accreditations for various practices across the business which includes the following:

QUALITY

BS EN ISO 9001ACEDA is accredited to BS EN ISO 9001 Quality Management. This accreditation has been in place for over 10 years. The scheme is audited regularly internally by our in house Quality Manager and externally on an annual basis by the National Quality Assurance (NQA) governing body. ACEDA monitor the quality control of goods and services from the receipt of the customer’s enquiry, through a careful planning and monitoring and measurement process, to the delivery and installation of the goods and associated services. The Quality Policy Manual ISO9001 identifies ACEDA’s commitment to our customers and ensures each installation meets the relevant standards.

HEALTH & SAFETY 

ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management, is an internationally applied British Standard for occupational health and safety management systems. ACEDA meet the requirements of the standard and all Health & Safety practices are in accordance with the safe systems of work from Risk Assessments and Method Statements to  employee training. All aspects of ACEDA’s working practices reflect the requirements of the standard. All employees are required to comply with the standard and have been fully trained to deliver each project safely.

ENVIRONMENTAL 

ACEDA is accredited to BS EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management. ACEDA are an environmentally considerate organisation who takes every measure to reduce and limit its impact upon the environment, from sourcing materials local to a project to procuring fuel efficient company vehicles. All employees are fully aware of their responsibility to protect the environment and adhere to the company’s environmental management system.

SECURITY 

ACEDA is accredited to NSI Gold standards. Company processes, procedures and installations have been verified and certified by a third party (the National Security Inspectorate – NSI) to provide reassurance that ACEDA are meeting industry standards and are a reputable, trustworthy installer. The prestigious NSI Gold accreditation holds the greatest perceived value across industry and by the Police, Fire & Rescue Services and Insurers The prestigious reputation of the NSI audit means businesses know they will be perceived more favourably and end users enjoy the reassurance which NSI certification brings.
