Support and Maintenance Contract Secured with Local NHS Trust
We are pleased to announce that we have recently secured a large support and maintenance contract with a Northeast NHS Trust. As part of the three-year contract, we will be required to provide bi-annual inspection, testing and maintenance of their CCTV systems. In addition, our Security Service Engineers will provide emergency call out 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The Northeast Trust is one of the largest Healthcare providers in the UK and serves a population of around 1.7 million people. There are over 70 sites across the Trusts network, ranging from large hospitals to individual day centres with varying systems and equipment.

We secured the contract following a competitive tendering process which demonstrated our service and maintenance capabilities, from our internal helpdesk provisions to the Service & Maintenance Engineers experience & qualifications. We were able to demonstrate full compliance with the Trusts Social Values and ongoing commitment to the local community.
