• Infrastructure Design
  Our in house design team work closely with clients to design and develop the fibre optic network and associated connectivity requirements for the SCADA control system and other IP services. Detailed CAD drawings are produced during key stages of the design phase.
• Installation
  ACEDA have dedicated teams of Engineers who work closely with other subsea trades to maintain adherence to the installation standards, client’s specification and program.
• Termination & Jointing
  ACEDA provide fibre optic termination and jointing services for all aspects of the offshore renewable sector. Engineers work to pre-defined specifications and drawings that are developed during the design phase for the subsea cables.
• OTDR Testing
  Subsea cables are commissioned using OTDR test equipment to ensure each turbine has full fibre connectivity and meets the clients specification and industry standards.
• Subsea Cable Monitoring
  ACEDA offer fibre optic monitoring services to identify issues and any possible damage during installation to the subsea cable. This enables the client to immediately implement any repair works that need to be carried out.
• Fault Diagnostics
  By utilising specialist test equipment, we can offer diagnostics to determine faults or issues on the fibre optic network and determine the source of the problem.
