To enhance service capabilities and better support clients across the Northeast, we have recently opened a new office in Newcastle. This expansion strengthens the company’s regional footprint and reflects its commitment to accessible, responsive and locally delivered expertise.

In addition to expanding its physical presence, we have made key appointments to drive future growth:

  • A new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) – Chris Pattinson has joined the business to lead commercial strategy and accelerate the company’s expansion plans.
  • A newly appointed Technical & Compliance Manager – Neil Byrom brings additional strength to ACEDA’s commitment to quality, safety, and best practice — areas that remain central to its long‑standing success.
