ACEDA successfully secure a place on the ESPO framework for Security and Surveillance Equipment & Services (628_23) 12142

We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded a place on the ESPO framework for Security and Surveillance Equipment & Services (628_23) for Lot 2 – Private Space Surveillance Systems and Lot 3 – Access Control Systems. The framework will run until 2026 with an option to extend a further year.

The framework is available to all public sector organisations and is fully compliant with UK procurement legislation. Procuring through an ESPO framework is an effective way to procure goods and services and considerably reduces the amount of time and resources to run a full procurement exercise. Public sector bodies can procure services on a call-off basis or run further competitions through the ESPO framework.

During the competitive tendering process, ESPO evaluated all areas of the business, including: quality control, technical ability, track record, project management skills, cyber security, continuous professional development and social value commitment. We were able to adequately demonstrate compliance in all areas and secure a place on the prestigious framework.

Michael Lynch, Technical Accounts Director, said: “This is an excellent opportunity for the business; ESPO are nationally recognised by many public sector organisations and we look forward to working with them to provide security surveillance and access control systems & solutions to new clients. Throughout the tendering process, various teams within the business collaborated to produce the successful submission and showcase the business’ capabilities.”

More information on the framework and how ESPO operates can be found here: Security and Surveillance Equipment & Services (espo.org).
