ACEDA awarded prestigious IT Support Contract for Yorkshire Retail Centre
ACEDA have recently been awarded a prestigious IT Support and Maintenance Contract for a large retail centre in Yorkshire. ACEDA have successfully managed and maintained the contract for a number of years and are delighted to work with the retail centre again.
As a multi disciplined service provider, ACEDA support and maintain a number of the centres IT and IP systems including the active equipment, servers, desktops UPS’s and IP access control. The retail centre receives round the clock support from ACEDA, 7 days a week to reflect their operational requirements.
Over a number years, ACEDA have met all SLA agreements in place and have achieved targeted response and fix times. A specialist team of certified systems engineers are assigned to the contract, who specialise in providing turnkey support services.
The shopping centre opened in 2007 and has an annual footfall in excess of 10.5 million. Some of the centres shops include Next, Zara. Top Shop and The Body Shop.
