Lincolnshire Offshore Windfarm

The Lincolnshire offshore wind farm is located off the coast of Skegness, North of the wash off the East coast of England. The site consists of 75 x 3.6MW wind turbines connected to an offshore substation, the offshore substation is then connected via 2 export cables to a grid connection point located at Warpole.

ACEDA Sponsor Local Junior Football Team

ACEDA continuously look for ways to invest in the local community and have recently sponsored Redcar Town Junior FC to show support to young people within the local area. Redcar Town Junior FC formed in 1994 and have competed in Northeast leagues ever since. The team play regular match games at their home ground at Mo Mowland Memorial Park, Redcar.

 Paul Warnes, Contracts Director of ACEDA, is delighted to be the new Redcar Town team sponsor. He comments “Sponsoring the junior team is a great way to show our support to the local community. Redcar Town FC provides an exciting, rewarding and educational platform for the children, whilst boosting their confidence it also provides a focus for them to work towards which is essential for future skills and success.”

The talented club have recently received written confirmation from Sports England that they were successful in receiving a grant for improvements to create new pitches, improve existing pitches and develop new training areas.

ACEDA awarded Advanced MOBOTIX Partner status

MOBOTIX AG, a leading manufacturer of digital high-resolution, network-based video security systems have announced ACEDA, a highly respected IT Networking and IP Systems Integrator, as the latest member of the MOBOTIX Certified Partner Programme.
 

Over a number of years ACEDA have worked closely with MOBOTIX as a key partner in their IP CCTV and Video Management services to design and deliver high-end security solutions.

 ACEDA have recently collaborated with MOBOTIX to develop a bespoke security solution for a number of new medical centres in the North West.

Managing Director, Nick Harker, of ACEDA explains,  “The high resolution image quality combined with features such as SIP, two way audio, PoE and seamless integration with physical security systems such as door and barrier systems allows us to deploy a single system across a much wider range of client projects.”

 Furthermore, ACEDA were impressed by the MOBOTIX decentralised concept which allows cameras to function without the need for powerful servers and NVR’s located in a centralised control room.
