Accreditations

Aceda has been assessed and registered by National Quality Assurance Limited against the provision of BS EN ISO 9001:2008 for the installation of network communications and electrical engineering services.

All our employees hold membership to the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS). The CSCS is administered by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) and advises on all aspects of Health & Safety.

Aceda is a registered member of Constructionline. Constructionline is a national register of qualified construction contractors and consultants, and it is intended to be the sole source of competent construction firms for public bodies procuring construction projects. Constructionline assesses the managerial, financial and technical standards of firms against standards set by the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions (DETR). Qualified firms' details are then made available to public and private sector construction clients, over 290 of which are reported to be using Constructionline as a source of qualified construction contractors and consultants. Constructionline is a merger of the former government-run CMIS approved contractor list and the ConReg register of consultants.

Aceda is a registered member of CHAS. CHAS is pre-qualification for approved or select lists. In the same way that Constructionline offer financial vetting of contractors negating the need for multiple assessments of financial standing, so CHAS offers the same service for Health & Safety.

Aceda is registered with the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting and is a Contracted Supplier to the NHS Purchasing and Supplies Agency.

In April 2005 we were presented with the award for Tees Valley Small Business of the Year for 2004.
