ACEDA secure site wide project for Northwest Mental Health Facility

ACEDA secure site wide project for Northwest Mental Health Facility 3346

Following a public sector tendering process, ACEDA have secured a site wide IP CCTV upgrade for one of Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trusts mental health facilities. As part of our solution we will provide an enterprise level BOSCH BVMS IP surveillance solution, providing full coverage of the site.

The facility offers secure mental health impatient facilities and compromises of three medium secure wards and one low secure ward. The unit offers a range of functions and treatment options to its patients and services the Lancashire & South Cumbria area.

Due to the nature of the facility, we have designed and developed a solution with embedded resilience to ensure operations are maintained around the clock. The proposed solution provides users with enhanced control and user experience and integrates with other third party platforms. The state of the art cameras will provide the trust with exceptional high resolution image quality and advanced functionality capabilities.

Technical Accounts Director, Michael Lynch said, “we are delighted to be involved with this opportunity. Our multi-disciplined skill set has allowed us to provide the trust with a full IP integrated solution. Using technology and strategic design, we have reduced the overall infrastructure requirements whilst maintaining the capacity for future scalability possibilities. I have every confidence our team will deliver the proposed solution to our high HSEQ standards.”
